Engin Bicer joined Fishbone Solutions in 2011, further strengthening the consulting team's capabilities and bringing with him a wealth of international experience in IT, Telecoms and Infrastructure sectors.
An experienced business professional, Engin has spent over 16 years working in strategy formulation and execution, conducting due diligence for M&A transactions and transition planning, as well as helping clients optimize their equity and debt structures. More recently he was involved in defining and implementing operational performance improvement programs and new venture development for clients willing to leverage new technologies to change the rules of competition in their sector.
Engin received his MBA from London Business School and MSc degree in Telecoms Engineering from Telecom Sud Paris. He has worked in the France, Belgium, UK, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Russia, Turkey and the Middle East.
