A major telecom operator in Russia wanted to improve its processes in preparation for a likely privatisation.

Our consultant was engaged to assess operating procedures for nework engineering and construction,  as well as maintenance and repair fieldwork, develop complex business plans for both the infrastructure and the services business in order to negotiate transfer prices and a framework agreement between partners.
