Faced with the prospect of compulsory investment in smart meters, the client wished to proactively identify new services that the systematic roll-out of smart meters would make possible.
Our consultant was engaged to facilitate brainstorming sessions and outline service descriptions based on new service ideas. We also evaluated the options for backhaul communication links from both technical and commercial feasibility perspectives.
