France's largest construction company wanted to take advantage of a shift in regulation to establish an alternative operator of fixed telecom services.

Customer Issue 

The client wished to partner with the national railways operator in order gain access to rights of ways on a revenue sharing basis. Our consultant was engaged to develop complex business plans for both the infrastructure and the services business in order to negotiate transfer prices and a framework agreement between partners.
